Tập huấn tại Sóc Trăng: Những điều doanh nghiệp Việt Nam cần biết về sử dụng năng lượng hiệu quả năm 2024

As part of the “Promoting Energy Efficiency in Supporting and Food Processing Industries in Vietnam” project funded by UNOPS and implemented by VCCI, the training course “Energy Efficiency – Key Insights for Vietnamese Businesses in 2024” took place in Soc Trang City on June 6–7, 2024.
Organized by VCCI in collaboration with the Institute of Information Technology for Business (VCCI-ITB), D.TAX Tax Institute, and co-financed by DKY Energy, the course gathered 36 participants from food processing companies, government agencies, consulting organizations, and local vocational institutions.
The training covered key topics such as updates on Vietnam’s legal frameworks for energy management, emission reduction, and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, as well as technical guidance on energy audits, energy-saving solutions, and the development of loan project proposals.
Dr. Chu Duc Hoang from the National Technology Innovation Fund (Ministry of Science and Technology) delivered in-depth lectures and facilitated discussions. Additionally, DKY Energy shared hands-on experience in applying energy-saving technologies in enterprise settings.
Participants praised the course for its practical value, particularly in understanding the GHG inventory process and developing realistic emission reduction plans. Many suggested follow-up sessions focusing on renewable energy integration and financial mechanisms for energy efficiency projects.
