On March 27, 2024, representatives of the project and experts from Hanoi University of Science and Technology worked with Pully Vietnam Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (PULLY VIETNAM), a subsidiary of TLC Vietnam Corporation, specializing in manufacturing and assembling speaker casings, portable electronic device casings.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, the technical manager of the factory, PULLY VIETNAM has emphasized energy-saving practices in the business operations since its establishment, demonstrated through the comprehensive investment in machinery system that utilizes energy-saving and efficient technologies (mostly Japanese technology and machinery), with estimated costs over 40% higher than older models on the market; primarily using electrical energy in large energy-consuming loads; establishing a primary energy management system (monitoring and calculating monthly electricity consumption through electric meters, logbooks, and IT systems); enhancing the proportion of automation in the production line;...
Discussing with the company's director, Mr. Yang Xiang Hu was mentioned that although they have not received any official support policies/requirements from local authorities and international importers related to energy and greenhouse gas emission reduction, the company continues to promote, guide, and internally recommend techniques for primary energy savings to its workforce, primarily to reduce regular production costs.
Within the framework of the working session, Mr. Yang Xiang Hu also shared difficulties related to stable energy supply sources and high-quality equipment available in Vietnam. In the near future, the company plans to expand its production and invest in using solar energy for production purposes.
