With the purpose of to expand production and business, Ha Long export seafood processing joint stock company (HA LONG SEAFOCO) has invested in the construction of a new factory and headquarters in Nam Cau Kien Industrial Zone, aiming to use the cutting edge technologies and energy efficient equipments, promote green produce and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which meet the strict market standards of Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States

On March 19, 2024, the Project Management Team “Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Supporting and Food Processing Industries in Vietnam” conducted a visit, site survey, and direct discussion with Mr. Nguyen Huu Mien - the company's director to exchange views on the construction and operation orientation of the new factory. 

Accordingly, project technical team of experts from Yuko Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS., JSC) and the Project Management Team consulted and proposed technological solutions to the company's leadership, connecting with equipment suppliers from Japan, Germany, etc.; supporting the preparation of proposals to suitable commercial programs, projects, commercial banks, and investment funds in line with the company's production scale and direction; assisting in establishing optimal operating procedures for large energy-consuming auxiliary systems in the production line; providing training and enhancing the capacity of personnel in energy-saving and efficient technologies in business operations.
